2. Receive Your Quote
Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review the details of your puppy’s journey and determine the best transportation plan based on location, distance, travel dates, availability, and your puppy’s individual needs. We’ll then provide you with a personalized quote outlining the proposed transportation method and associated costs. If additional information is needed before we can finalize your quote, we’ll reach out to you directly.
3. Confirm Coordination
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll confirm your transportation arrangements and begin coordinating the details of your puppy’s journey. For flight nanny transportation, we’ll provide the applicable airline and flight information so you can follow the flight’s progress. For ground transportation, we’ll keep you updated on your puppy’s progress and provide estimated arrival updates as your puppy gets closer to the delivery location.
When is payment required?
Payment is required before transportation begins. Your transportation arrangements are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received. Any applicable travel expenses and service fees will be included in your personalized quote so you know the cost before confirming.
