OUR PROCESS

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Complete our 'Find My Puppy' Inquiry Form by answering a few questions about the puppy you’re looking for. Share any additional preferences to help us better understand your ideal match.

2. Consult With Our Concierge

After reviewing your inquiry, an SGP Representative will contact you based on your preferred method of communication. During your consultation, we’ll review your preferences and finalize your personalized puppy search.

3. The Search Begins

To activate your search, you’ll receive a link to submit your one-time $19.99 Concierge Enrollment Fee. Our team will then begin researching available puppies through our trusted network. An SGP Concierge Representative will keep you informed and contact you as qualified matches become available.

Enrollment Notice: Submitting your inquiry is completely free. A one-time, non-refundable SGP Concierge Enrollment Fee of $19.99 is required before your personalized puppy search begins. This enrollment activates your search and allows our Concierge Team to begin researching available puppies, contacting breeders, and coordinating potential matches on your behalf. If you reserve a puppy through SGP Concierge and utilize Shawty Got Pups Concierge for transportation services, your $19.99 enrollment fee will be credited toward your transportation service. If transportation services are not utilized, the enrollment fee remains non-refundable.

I understand that submitting this inquiry is free and does not begin or activate a puppy search. My search will begin only after I complete the SGP Concierge enrollment process and pay the applicable one-time concierge fee.
I understand that the SGP Concierge fee compensates SGP for consultation, research, communication, breeder or placement-source screening, match identification, and search coordination. I understand that payment of the concierge fee does not guarantee that a specific puppy, breed, color, price, location, registration status, breeding right, or placement timeline will be available.
I understand that if I am successfully paired with a puppy or dog through SGP Concierge and use transportation services arranged through SGP Concierge, my eligible concierge fee will be applied toward the cost of those transportation services, subject to the terms of my concierge agreement.
I understand that puppies and dogs may be offered by independent breeders, rescues, shelters, owners, or other third parties. Unless specifically identified as a Shawty Got Pups placement, SGP Concierge does not own, breed, house, or directly control the dog or the independent provider. SGP Concierge may review available information and assist with evaluating a potential match, but cannot guarantee the future health, behavior, temperament, development, fertility, show quality, breeding ability, or performance of any animal.
